Game Overview
Grim Trials is a fast-paced heavy metal hack-and-blast roguelite where you craft and customize weapons as you battle through endless hex-grid arenas . You play as Avelin, a Reaper apprentice recruited by Death to hunt impure souls and face your demons in hopes of seeing your lost love again .

Hex-grid arena combat with randomized room progression
Melee, ranged, and special attack buffs with 5 upgrade levels each
In-depth crafting system with QTE minigames
Permanent skill tree upgrades between runs
Blessings system for temporary run boosts
The Academy hub area between runs
Release Status: Full game released August 20, 2026, with a free demo available. Originally planned for Nintendo Switch 2 (reviewed August 18, 2026) . Developed by Glory Jam and published by Soft Source .

Important Notes
No confirmed Cheat Engine tables or standalone trainers currently exist for Grim Trials. The game is newly released (August 2026), so a modification ecosystem is still developing .
Search Result Confusion: Several search results reference "Grim Dawn" trainers and Cheat Engine tables . These are for the isometric action RPG Grim Dawn, not the roguelite Grim Trials. They are NOT compatible.
Gameplay Tips (Without Mods)
Master dodge timing (A button) – you're invulnerable during the dash window
Use right analog stick to manually aim crossbow shots
Collect materials (beast bones, raw meat, red crystals, bronze ore, purified souls, shadowwood) for crafting
Convert raw materials into processed materials before crafting
Special attacks require Fervor charges that fill as you attack
Use D-Pad to consume potions quickly
Spend Soul Runes at the skill tree between runs for permanent upgrades
Reset skill tree anytime to try different paths
Choose blessings carefully – they can be upgraded by picking them multiple times
