STEINS;GATE RE:BOOT is a modern reimagining of the classic science fiction visual novel, released on August 19, 2026, for PC, PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch . Developed by MAGES. Inc. and published by Spike Chunsoft, it features fully refreshed character designs by original artist huke, updated visuals and UI, a meticulously reconstructed Akihabara, and new story scenarios not present in the original . The game follows self-proclaimed "mad scientist" Rintaro Okabe and his lab members as they discover their PhoneWave gadget can send messages to the past, leading to dangerous conspiracies and branching timelines . Ending Routes:

Chapter 6: Suzuha's Ending – Save before sending D-Mail; choose not to send .

Chapter 7: Faris's Ending – Save before sending D-Mail; choose not to send .

Chapter 8: Lukako's Ending – Save before calling PhoneWave; choose not to call .

Chapter 9: Moeka's Ending – Save before sending D-Mail; choose not to send .

Chapter 10: Mayuri's Ending – Default if no True Ending flags are active .

True Ending: Requires collecting 6 True Ending flags through specific replies to Kurisu's emails across Chapters 4–10. All 6 flags trigger the True Ending; missing any leads to Kurisu's regular ending .

Flag 1 (Chapter 4): Email chain starting with "Scientist" → "Bad scientist" → "Dad joke" → "Outsider" → "Disgrace" → "Why am I still here?" → Read "Being here" .

Flag 2 (Chapter 5): "Plans" → Reply "Traveling expenses" → Read "Idiot!" → Read "( ´ · ω · `)" .

Flag 3 (Chapter 7): "The key (ﾉД `)" → "I don't have a key" → "( ° д ° )" → "Security" → "You're delusional, I know" → "Reality" → Read "Reality" .

Chapter 1 Achievements: Use Okabe's phone to unlock multiple achievements: view sent/received emails, change wallpaper, change ringtone, enter wrong PhoneWave numbers 10 times, reply to Mayuri's "Upa…" email with "Upa" .

Chapter 2: Reply to Lukako's "I made sweets" with "Family" → "About my family members" with "My sister" (requires answering Mayuri's call on 8/01 14:29) → Read "About my sister" .
